1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how AITECHZ, LLC ("AITECHZ," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites, including aitechzllc.com, or use our web applications (collectively, the "Services"). We aim to collect as little personal information as possible while operating the Services.
2. Information we collect
Projects you check. When you run a check, AITECHZ processes a read-only copy of your project (its code and the running app) in an isolated environment, only to produce your report. It reads the names of your environment variables but not their values, and any secret key it finds in your code is shown masked in your report. The environment, its copy of your project and any test accounts it created are deleted when the check ends. We do not keep a copy of your code or of your report, and we do not use either to train AI models.
Payment and subscription information. When you subscribe, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details. We receive your name, email address, billing details, anything you choose to enter in optional checkout fields, and your subscription status. We never receive or store your full card number.
License information. To deliver and activate AITECHZ, we keep the license keys issued to your subscription and the email address they were sent to.
Communications. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Technical and usage data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs basic technical information about requests, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, which is used for security and to keep the Services running reliably.
What we don't collect. Our public websites do not require accounts (subscribers receive a license key by email), and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance purposes.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services;
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and deliver and activate license keys;
- To respond to your inquiries and provide support;
- To protect the security and integrity of the Services, including preventing abuse; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your code or the projects you check to train AI models.
4. AI processing
AITECHZ is powered by third-party AI model providers. The parts of your project needed for a check are transmitted to these providers to produce your report, and their handling of that content is governed by their own terms and privacy commitments. We select reputable providers and share only what is needed to deliver the feature.
5. How we share information
We share information only with:
- Our payment processor, Stripe, which processes subscription payments under its own privacy policy;
- Service providers that help us operate the Services, such as hosting and AI model providers, who process information on our behalf;
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public; and
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to previously collected information.
6. Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Projects you check are processed only for the duration of the check and are deleted when it ends; we keep no copy of your code. Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and maintain business records.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including serving the Services over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access to or deletion of information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at support@aitechzllc.com and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
10. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States and in the locations where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be processed outside your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised Policy on this page.
